Our stay at the Hidden Ridge Resort was quite disappointing. The location was lovely with nice outdoor facilities, but the state of the room left much to be desired. While the customer service was exceptional and understanding, the overall condition of the cabin made it hard to enjoy our time there. I would suggest they consider renovations to justify the pricing, as we ended up leaving shortly after checking in.
Rooms

The room was notably small and dated, with an unpleasant smell of smoke that made it hard to enjoy. The condition was poor, featuring ripped wallpaper, loose bathroom tiles, and cobwebs overhead.

Although we couldn't use the kitchen due to malfunctioning appliances, having a kitchen is a plus if it was functioning properly.

The outdoor facilities, including a hot pool and sauna, are a great way to unwind after a day out. However, I didn't get to enjoy them due to our early departure.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hidden Ridge Resort, especially in the spacious Premier 2 Bedroom Condo with Loft. The views of Rundle Mountain from the balcony were breathtaking, and the hot tub area is a real highlight. While some rooms could use a bit of updating, the overall experience was delightful and comfortable. The Premier King Condo with Hot Tub provided a romantic atmosphere, although the cooling system was less than ideal. I would definitely recommend these suites for a special getaway, but be mindful of room conditions in the lower categories.

I had quite a mixed experience at the Hidden Ridge Resort. The room was spacious and came with a full kitchenette, which I appreciated, especially for family meals. The outdoor hot pools were fantastic, and the mountain views added a beautiful touch to our stay. However, the comfort of the beds left a lot to be desired, especially the main bedroom, which was uncomfortable and too warm at night. Overall, it's a decent place, especially for families, but with some issues that could use attention.

I had a wonderful stay with amazing views that truly made my experience special. The resort offered free bus tickets for our entire stay, which was incredibly convenient. However, I was disappointed by some cleanliness issues in the room and the outdated furnishings. Overall, it was a great little resort for families, but there's room for improvement in certain areas.

We had a wonderful family stay at Hidden Ridge Resort with its spacious cabin accommodations and breathtaking views from the hot pools. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, making the experience enjoyable for our young children. However, the beds were uncomfortable, particularly in the main bedroom, which affected our sleep. Additionally, the price felt high for the quality of the accommodations, given some needed renovations.
